Future Road Expansion:

Planned or existing thoroughfare roadways adjacent to, within or through the community include (a) Seminole Pratt Whitney Road which runs through the community and which contains or could contain up to eight (8) lanes if and as required by the county (b) Persimmon Boulevard which runs through the community and which contains or could contain up to six (6) lanes if and as required by the county, and (c) 60th Street North located to the north of the community and which contains or could contain up to six (6) lanes if and as required by the county.

Existing Agricultural Uses:

Areas within, around, and in the vicinity of the community are currently rural in nature and are utilized for farming, agricultural uses and active agricultural operations. Agricultural uses and operations include the use of raw manure, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and rodenticides, which maybe offensive. Such uses may be considered an inconvenience and/or nuisance depending on a person’s sensitivities. Owners, by acceptance of a deed to a home, understand, acknowledge and agree that areas within, around and in the vicinity of the property are used for agricultural uses and operations. By acceptance of a deed to a home, owners are deemed to not object to such uses.
