• Determine your offer above the stated minimum price shown below.
• Bring all completed forms, required documentation, and a $5,000 refundable deposit check made out to HB Title of Florida, to the Sky Cove Sales Center – or submit electronically – by January 31st, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. ET.
• Once the offer process closes and winners are determined, sales consultants will contact winners to discuss next steps.
• Winners will have 48 hours from the time they are notified to execute a signed contract and provide the balance of their minimum 10% deposit.
• You may submit one offer per model, per family – but you may only purchase one model home. If submitting offers on more than one model, indicate your first, second, third and fourth choices. No investors. Realtors must register their clients to participate.
